We aim to process and post your order within 2-3 working days and we ship worldwide using Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service.

We offer flat rate shipping services with free delivery on orders over £200 for UK and £500 for the rest of the world. 

UK - £5.99 - Royal Mail

USA - £35.00 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service - DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) 

Europe - £15 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service - DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) 

Rest of the World - £20.00 - Royal Mail / Courier Tracked Service - DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) 

How soon after despatch will i get my order?
UK Orders via Royal Mail take 2-3 working days after despatch. For Europe and International addresses please refer to the Royal Mail website and select your country for the most up to date and accurate information.

Please ensure your local postal service is operating fully before committing to purchase.

Customs, Duty and Taxes
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the UK.

U.S.A. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) WE PRE-CHARGE DUTIES AND TAXES. NO ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES WILL BE CHARGED UPON ARRIVAL.

Rest of the world DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) - Gustav Studio does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are also subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.

The taxation for a particular country depends on the local GST/VAT, as well as the item category and its declared value so we advise you to check what your local rate is before committing to purchase.

There is a threshold which is the amount at which a person begins paying taxes based on the declared value of an item. Anything over that you will be subject to charges. Please note thresholds vary from country to country.

Lost / missing parcels.
Gustav Studio will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. Gustav Studio will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.
